When shipping Media for recovery, it is very important that your disk or Raid array is packaged carefully to avoid any mechanical damage during shipment.
It will insure a safe delivery of your media to one of our facilities Pack the media in a box at least twice the size of the disk, using foam, or any anti-shock material.
This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.
